Human Rights, What Are They Really? - by Robert Stephen Higgins

Of interest to those who would like to know what their basic rights as a human being really are. Besides presenting a complete theory of those rights, the book identifies false notions of rights that have been confusing the picture. It also addresses those forces that are opposed to fundamental rights, such as greedy capitalism and extreme tribalism. A supplement applies the theory to ten current issues ranging from same sex marriage to interference in states to world poverty.
